Daily Exercises:  All for count of 10 

           Feet together – legs straight, nose to knees

            Feet apart – legs out and straight, nose to floor

            Windmill – standing, feet apart, hands high and apart, right hand to left toe, left hand to

                                   right toe, continue to count of 10.

            Jumping Jacks

            Picking Grass

            Situps

            Planks/pushups

 

Activities:  It is recommended that kids get 30 to 60 minutes of moderate to rigorous exercise daily.  We mix up our activities daily.  We attempt to do skills 2 to 3 times a week and various games and activities on the other days.   We still do the long traditional dodge ball Friday every Friday but we choose between regular dodge ball, bean bag dodge ball, prison ball or jail house.

     9:50-10:40  Kinder/1st

     10:40-11:30 2nd/3rd

     12:20-1:10   4th/5th
